There's always a catch

CHAPTER 1

There's always a catch, her mother always said. There are no flawless men out there !
Your father was close to it, but...
But the daughter kept saying that her guy was perfect. He had a striking smile, messy hair, a slim attractive figure and dark brown penetrating eyes. He could dance, sing, make scrambled eggs and talk about almost everything. He was sensitive, intelligent, patient, understanding, friendly, humorous, articulated, charming and above all straight... He had a good job, a cozy car and great CDs. In a nutshell, he was a "race horse", a "prince charm".
Mary thought for a moment and then exclaimed - He is probably a... Jessica cut her off immediately saying: No, mom, he is not a womanizer ! I am pretty sure !
Jessica met him by accident in a book store. They were looking for the same book...

Brennan told his father - Dad, I met my Cinderella ! The old man replied - Son, all women have one thing in common: they change all the time and complain that we don't change at all. Yours is also part of the group. Don't be silly.
However, the young guy made a list of her qualities to show his unfaithfull parent. She was beautiful, with light brown skin, long shiny hair and incredible body (no artifical add-ons).
She was intelligent, interesting, independent, intense, partaker, humorous, super elegant and did like to travel without a lot of planning. She had her own business, distinguished simple tastes and a natural life.
John asked - How old is she ? And the infatuated boy aswered - She's about my age, in the thirties. She is desperate to marry and have kids. That's it ! - John shouted.
Dad, you are full of crap !
Brennan saw her for the first time early in the summer walking along with Jeff, a guy he knew from elementary school. Jeff owned a big bookstore and told Brennan that Jessica was an avid reader and always bought a lot of titles with him. Brennan asked the old peer if he could warn him the next time she was in the store and got a positive answer.
One week later Jeff called. Jessica would be in the store the day after at two o'clock. Brennan mentioned that he wanted to buy a book for his mother and that was a good chance to meet her.
Brennan was anxious and arrived two hours earlier to look for his mother's gift. The book was sold out, so he decided to buy another one he wanted to read himself, a romance about a couple who spent their lives traveling around the world looking for their soulmates, until they meet in an italian coffee shop in the corner and fall in love.
As soon as he arrived in the Romance aisle he surprisingly saw her. Jessica was in a white dress with flowers stamped, a Panama hat and sandals. She looks like an angel -he thought.
Brennan smiled to Jessica unconsciously, as he saw her walking in his direction. She also smiled and asked - Do you have "Close to you" from Francine Sheppard ?
He laughed briefly and said - Nope, but that's the book I'm looking for !
Jessica blushed immediately, embarassed by her fault.

Hahahaha, ela tomava chá também? Tudo bem noir. :)

não gosto quando você escrever e diz "to be continued".
Até agora você não continuo a história dos dois irmãos, um jogador de basquete e o outro de vôlei...
rssss
eu fico ansiosa!!!!!
